We coach you to create a powerful level of personal awareness and then use this "intelligence" to make a positive difference in your life.

Every Personal Energy Program begins with an assessment of your current energy or fitness level and an exercise to structure your long-term success. We then teach you three energy building strategies.  And then we coach you to develop your own tools and techniques to integrate these strategies into your daily habits so they become second nature. But we don't stop there!

Our Personal Energy Experts also coach you to direct and focus your energy on the goals, transitions, and accomplishments that are most meaningful and important to you!

Our approach is based upon sound exercise science principles used by successful athletes and also based upon iPEC Coaching's Energy Leadership (TM) coaching system.
